CASE STUDY | NATIONAL INSURANCE PROVIDER
No matter how big or small a customer is, the ZeroDay team prides itself on delivering a white-glove, full-service customer experience. When approached by this customer, the ZeroDay team understood the nature of working with such a high-profile client.
The project involved a full IT department replacement. This meant connecting its infrastructure together to ensure all systems were in sync and working properly. This project also involved enhancing infrastructure, adding Cisco Meraki switches, and managing firewall for colocation.
Before the installation began, the ZeroDay team was able to quickly identify several opportunities for improvement and helped to create a future-proofed strategy to enhance business practices. ZeroDay saw the project through from start to finish, and the team assisted with initial programming to get the sites functioning properly.
The project involved a company-wide network overhaul, streamlining business practices by creating a cloud infrastructure, the reworking of all data and equipment migration logistics, new ERP system deployment, and an exchange upgrade. Other aspects of the project included providing ongoing growth through acquisitions and divestiture, including offering adjustments and acting as a data center liaison.
